KWAM 1 Breaks Down In Tears As He Slams Tinubu’s Failed Presidency
Fuji star Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, also known as KWAM 1 or K1 De Ultimate, has expressed his deep disappointment with President Bola Tinubu’s administration, which has plunged Nigerians into severe economic woes in less than a year.
The singer, who is a staunch supporter of Tinubu, could not hold back his tears during a live show as he sang about the dismal state of affairs in the country under Tinubu’s leadership.
He said he had hoped that Tinubu would rescue Nigeria from the previous mismanagement and corruption, but instead, Nigerians are facing more hardship and suffering.
He said, “My fellow Nigerians, I greet you. I had told you that Tinubu would bring us blessings. I said the poor would have money, God would answer our prayers. I know Asiwaju is capable of doing it.
“But my leader, look at what people are saying now, the citizens are in pain now. Please, do something about it. Fuel and the dollar are too expensive in the country. People’s salaries are useless.
“But I know Asiwaju, my leader, that you are compassionate. You are blessed by God before you became the Nigerian President. But please, solve Nigeria’s problems. The citizens are crying, they are wailing. The hardship and the struggle are too much.”
The singer also appealed to Tinubu not to be deceived by sycophants and liars.
He urged him to listen to the cries of the citizens and act swiftly to address their grievances.
He added: “There is no electricity. Why did it become like this? Please, let’s find solutions to these problems. Please, don’t ignore the people’s cries and struggles. Nigerians are angry. The businessmen in this country are also frustrated. Look at what the dollar has become.
“The issue of kidnappings in Nigeria is out of control.”
SaharaReporters had also reported how the Labour Party’s presidential candidate and former Anambra State governor, Peter Obi, said that Tinubu should be in the Guinness World Records for “inflicting Nigerians with the worst hardship ever.”
